Time Activity Description

1:00 PM Doors Open / Arrival Check-in, photo wall opportunities, and mingling.

1:15 PM Kickoff & Warm-up Introductions and a quick "get moving" icebreaker.

1:30 PM Line Dancing Session Beginner routines and Rodeo-themed favorites.

2:45 PM Hydration & Treats Break, light refreshments, and Build-Your-Own Treat Station.

3:00 PM T-Shirt Workshop Live demo and hands-on cutting/designing.

4:30 PM The Grand Showcase Group photo and "Walk the Runway" to show off designs.

5:00 PM Closing Final announcements and departure.
